$450 million manufacturer, who supplies the consumer products sector, had been losing $12 million for five years running.
Over the course of 2 years, they hired separately, three Blue Chip consulting firms for turnaround advice and work. But still kept losing money. After some problem analysis, we held a workshop for company’s marketers where the big Ah-ha about their customer’s behaviors was uncovered. Over the next 6-months, we guided the team on required changes to their sales and service model with customers. A year later, the company made $13 million dollars and started growing sales again.
