We developed the start-up strategy, implementation plan and helped build the team which launched a revolutionary customer program that not only created an exciting and interactive customer experience, but customers lined up to talk to company. In the first year of launching, it generated $45 million in revenue, a pipeline of innovations were developed and brought to market, and ultimately they were seen as the leader in the field.
